Safety operation regulations for dump truck

1. The dump truck shall keep the jacking hydraulic system intact, work stably and operate flexibly without jamming

2. Obey the command during loading and unloading. Materials shall not be loaded or unloaded outside the designated place. It is strictly forbidden to carry people in the carriage.  

3. When cooperating with the loading and unloading of excavation and loading machinery, the hand brake shall be tightened after the dump truck is in place. When the bucket must cross the cab for operation, no one shall stay in the cab.  

4. When loading, the driver should remind not to load off balance. When the material is loaded off balance, the driver should slow down during driving to prevent rollover.  

5. Before unloading, it should be noted that there should be no wires, obstacles and people around the car.

6. When unloading, the vehicle must be stopped stably. When the carriage will rise to the top, the engine speed shall be reduced to prevent the carriage from vibration. It is forbidden to drive while unloading.  

7. When unloading to the foundation pit, keep a proper safe distance from the pit edge to prevent rollover caused by the collapse of the pit edge.  

8. Unloading on uneven, soft and inclined ground is not allowed to prevent rollover.  

9. After unloading, the car should be slightly away from the unloading position. The car can be driven away only after the car is reset in time and the dumping operating lever is locked.  

10. When clay is attached in the carriage, it shall be removed in time to prevent rollover caused by thick lifting. It is forbidden to vibrate and mix the surplus materials by sudden braking.  

11.When the carriage needs to be lifted for maintenance, cleaning, lubrication and other operations, the carriage shall be firmly supported with support wood, and it is forbidden to operate only by hydraulic locking.  

12. In case of non jacking operation, put the jacking control lever in neutral position. The car fixing pin must be pulled out before jacking.  

13. After transporting concrete or viscous materials, the inside and outside of the carriage shall be cleaned to prevent condensation on the carriage.
