1. Do not suddenly push the lifting handle to the "down position" in the middle of full load lifting.

If this operation error occurs, the carriage will rush down suddenly, which will bring great impact to the frame and even accidents. Therefore, the above operations should be avoided as far as possible. In case of special circumstances, it must also be operated carefully to slow down the landing speed as far as possible. It must be avoided to suddenly drop the carriage to the bottom.

2. Do not use the sharp lift truck - slam the brake to unload.

Due to the large inertia force of sudden lifting (generally 5 ~ 20 times of the rated lifting force), it is very easy to cause permanent deformation of the frame, open welding of the carriage and auxiliary frame, burning the oil pump or damaging the sealing ring, damaging the hydraulic cylinder and other damage, reduce the service life of the vehicle, and even overturn in serious cases. Therefore, it is generally forbidden to drive the dump truck when lifting.

3. After unloading, the dump truck must disconnect the power take-off before driving.

If this operation error occurs, when the dump truck is driving, because the power take-off is in the "engaged" position, the lifting oil pump will run at high speed and without load for a long time under the condition of "small cycle". As a result, the hydraulic oil temperature rises rapidly, which is easy to cause damage to the oil seal of the oil pump, and even the phenomenon of "burning" of the oil pump; More seriously, the operation of the oil pump means that the hydraulic system has a power source, which is prone to the accident of automatic lifting of the carriage during driving.

4. The power takeoff cannot be in the "on" position when driving.

If it is in the "on" state (the red light is on), the oil pump will continue to rotate and the hydraulic system will have a power source, which will cause the automatic lifting of the carriage due to the misoperation on the pneumatic control valve; At this time, even if the air control distribution valve is in the "down" position, the oil will enter the oil pump, which will burn out the oil pump.
