Not all drivers who can drive the truck will drive the truck. If they do not operate properly, they will cause rollover, excessive wear of hydraulic pump, motor and reducer, and even serious consequences. Therefore, the following measures should be taken:
1. Before starting the mixer truck, put the mixing drum operating handle at the "stop" position.
2. After the engine of the mixer truck is started, the mixing drum shall be rotated at a low speed for about 10 minutes to make the hydraulic oil temperature rise above 20 ℃.
3. When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading to discharge the ponding and sundries to ensure the quality of concrete.
4. When the mixer truck is transporting concrete, it is necessary to ensure that the sliding bucket is firmly placed to prevent swing caused by looseness, which will hurt pedestrians or affect the normal operation of other vehicles.
5. When the mixer truck transports the mixed concrete, the speed of the mixing drum is 2-10 R / min. during the transportation, the speed of the mixing drum on the flat road is guaranteed to be 2-3 R / min. when driving on the road with a side slope greater than 50, or on the road with large left and right shaking, the mixing and rotation shall be stopped, and the mixing and rotation shall be resumed after the road conditions are improved.
6. The time for concrete mixer to transport concrete shall not exceed the time specified in the mixing plant. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not be stopped for a long time to prevent segregation of concrete. The driver shall regularly observe the concrete condition, timely report any abnormality to the dispatching room and apply for handling.
7. When the mixer truck is loaded with concrete, the standstill time at the site shall not exceed 1 hour. In case of overtime, the person in charge at the site shall be required to deal with it in time.
8. The slump of concrete transported by mixer truck shall not be less than 8cm. The concrete shall be discharged from the time of pouring into the tank to the time of discharging, which shall not exceed 2 hours in case of high temperature, and shall not exceed 2.5 hours in case of low temperature in rainy weather.
9. Before discharging concrete, the mixer shall rotate the mixing drum at the speed of 10-12 rpm for 1 m
inute before discharging.
10. After the discharge of concrete mixer truck, the feeding inlet, discharge hopper, discharge chute and other parts shall be flushed immediately with the hose attached to the truck, the dirt and residual concrete adhered to the vehicle body shall be discharged, and then 150-200l of clean water shall be injected into the mixing drum. The mixing drum shall be rotated slowly on the way back to clean the inner wall to avoid the residual slag attached to the drum wall and mixing blade, and the water shall be discharged before loading again.
11. When the concrete mixer truck is transporting concrete, the engine speed shall be within the range of 1000-1400 rpm to make the engine have the maximum torque. During the concrete transportation, the speed shall not exceed 40km/h to ensure driving safety.
12. After the mixer truck is completed, the interior and body of the mixing drum shall be cleaned, and the remaining concrete shall not be left in the drum.
13. It is forbidden to idle the mixer when the water pump is working, and the continuous use shall not exceed 15 minutes.
14. The water volume of the water tank of the concrete mixer truck shall always be kept full for emergency use. After the shutdown in winter, the water in the water tank, water pump, water pipe and mixing drum shall be drained and parked in a sunny place without ponding to avoid freezing the machine.
15. In winter, the mixer shall be timely installed with insulation sleeve, protected with antifreeze, and the fuel grade shall be changed according to the weather change to ensure the normal use of the machinery.
16. When checking and repairing the hydraulic transmission part of the mixer truck, the engine and hydraulic pump shall be operated without pressure.
17. When adjusting the clearance, stroke and pressure of each part of the concrete mixer, it shall be checked and approved by the full-time safety officer; When replacing the machine parts, it must be signed by the minister or the manager in charge, otherwise the relevant personnel will be investigated for responsibility in case of problems.
