1. During level maintenance, check all parts of the traction seat, especially the wear of traction pin, traction pin plate, semi transverse shaft and other parts, and lubricate these parts; Fasten the bolts of the support seat and replace the bolts if necessary; Adjust the fit clearance between the locking hook and the traction pin by adjusting the screw and locking it with the nut after adjustment.
2. When disassembling the traction seat for inspection, pay attention to check whether the traction seat itself has cracks and serious wear. If the traction seat is deformed or too thin due to cracks or serious wear, replace it with a new one; Check the lock hole and use the traction pin as the matching detection. If the matching gap is large due to excessive wear, it can be repaired by surfacing and machining to the required size. It can also be repaired by replacing the lock hook, lock block and wear ring; Check the fit clearance between the support and the body. If the fit is loose, replace the rubber elastic shaft sleeve; Check the locking mechanism. The decoupling and coupling shall be smooth and simple, and the safety device shall be stable and reliable. If there is any abnormality, check the tension spring of the locking hook and the tension spring of the numbered handle, and check the safety mechanism. If the spring elasticity is weakened, replace it with a new one.
In addition to completing the same items as that of single axle traction seat, the inspection and maintenance of double axle traction seat should also pay attention to the following points:
1. Check the integral horizontal shaft and vertical shaft. If there is deformation and serious wear, weld it to the required size, repair or replace it with a new one, so as to ensure that the traction seat can swing flexibly horizontally and longitudinally, and the matching clearance shall meet the standard.
2. Check the yaw angle and the buffer device on side 2. If the yaw angle is too large, adjust it through the wedge block on side 2. If the buffer spring or rubber block is aging, replace it with a new one.
