New tippers rarely fail because of a manufacturing defect. They fail because a hydraulic line was left loose, a hinge pin was never greased, or the body was loaded past its rating on day one by an operator who was not told the limit. This F3000 is a conventional specification, and the handover is where that convention gets protected.
Pre-delivery checklist| Hydraulic circuit | Check ram seals and hose torque; raise and lower the body three times under no load |
|---|---|
| Body mounting | Verify hinge bracket bolts and subframe clamps to torque after the first loaded run |
| Grease points | Hinge pins, ram eyes and tailgate pivots; establish the every-shift routine before the first load |
| Tyres and pressures | Set to the loaded duty pressure, not the transport pressure the truck shipped with |
| Operator briefing | Body raise limit, the slope rule and the rated load, in writing |

One request we make of every buyer: load the truck to its rated figure once, on flat ground, with the driver watching the body and the ram. Twenty minutes of observation in the first week tells you more about a new body than a year of paperwork.
