Chemical plants and industrial yards need a tipper that can be built around the material rather than the other way round. On the F3000 6X4 platform, the body plate thickness, height and coating are all selectable, so the same 380HP chassis can carry soda ash, phosphate, lime or mechanical components without the body becoming the weak point.
The driveline is deliberately conventional: Weichai WP10.380E22 at 380HP, mechanical fuel injection, FAST 12JSD200T-B gearbox, HANDE axles. In an industrial environment where the truck may sit for weeks between campaigns, simple systems are easier to bring back into service.
Platform detailsTell us the material, its bulk density, whether it is abrasive or corrosive, and how the load is discharged at the receiving end. We will advise on plate thickness, floor reinforcement and surface treatment, and confirm whether a HYVA lifting system or a domestic equivalent is the better match for your cycle count.
