A: The delivery time depends on the order quantity and customization level. For a standard configuration, it's typically around 20-45 days after order confirmation and receipt of down payment. Complex customizations may require more time.

A: Yes, we do. We can provide detailed operation and maintenance manuals (in English or required language). Upon request, we can arrange training sessions at the manufacturing site or provide video training materials. For overseas projects, on-site training and commissioning can be discussed.

A: The warranty period is typically 12 months from the date of shipment or arrival at the destination port, depending on our terms. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Specific terms will be detailed in the sales contract.
