Integrated Quarry Mining Rock Drill

Product Description
Jinke JK810 Crawler DTH Drilling Rig

The JK810 is our workhorse crawler-mounted down-the-hole drill rig. We build it for quarries and mines that need to put holes in hard rock day after day. It runs on a single diesel engine that drives both the tracks and the onboard screw compressor -- no separate air supply, no tow vehicle, no extra crew. One guy can move it into position, level the mast, and start drilling in under ten minutes. We have units working in granite quarries, limestone mines, construction sites, solar farm pile installations, and water well projects across China, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

What You Get with the JK810

Everything on one chassis

Engine, compressor, hydraulic pack, and mast all mounted on a single crawler base. Drive it to the bench, fire it up, start drilling. No hoses to connect, no separate compressor to tow, no setup delays.

Drills 90 to 140mm holes, up to 60 meters deep

Covers all the common blast hole sizes for quarry and mining work. Works with standard 3-inch and 4-inch DTH hammers. The mast handles 3-meter drill rods with an automatic loader so you do not need a second man for rod handling.

Goes where trucks cannot

350mm wide steel tracks with independent hydraulic drive. Climbs 30-degree slopes, handles loose gravel, mud, and uneven quarry floors. Low ground pressure means it stays on top of soft ground instead of sinking in.

Built for hard rock

Heavy steel crawler frame with a reinforced belly plate. The DTH hammer delivers fast penetration in granite, basalt, and limestone. We size the compressor to match the hammer requirements so you get consistent hole quality without the hammer bogging down.

Not just a blast hole rig

Swap the hammer and bit and you can use the same machine for solar pile foundation drilling, slope anchor installation, or water well drilling. We have customers who use one JK810 for three different applications across their projects.

Straightforward to maintain

We use standard industrial components that you can source locally. Filters, hoses, track shoes, hammer service kits -- all standard sizes. We ship a starter spares kit with every machine so you are covered for the first few months.

How It Performs in Different Rock
Rock type How fast it drills Recommended bit size
Soft limestone, shale, marl 0.8 - 1.5 meters per minute 105 - 140 mm
Medium sandstone, dolomite 0.5 - 0.9 meters per minute 90 - 115 mm
Hard granite, basalt, gabbro 0.2 - 0.5 meters per minute 90 - 105 mm
Very hard quartzite, gneiss 0.1 - 0.3 meters per minute 90 - 105 mm
Broken, fractured, weathered rock 0.4 - 0.8 meters per minute 105 - 140 mm

These are real numbers from our customers in the field. Actual speed depends on your rock conditions, bit condition, operator experience, and air pressure settings. Harder rock and deeper holes will slow things down.

Where People Use the JK810

Quarry blast hole drilling

Production drilling in granite, limestone, and hard rock quarries. Holes from a few meters to 60 meters for bench blasting and aggregate production.

Open-pit mining

Blast hole patterns in iron ore, copper, gold, and aggregate mines. Handles the continuous daily drilling output that mining operations need.

Road, rail, and dam construction

Rock excavation drilling for highway cuts, railway tunnel approaches, bridge foundation preparation, and dam abutment work.

Solar farm pile foundations

Drilling holes for ground-mount solar panel support piles. Works on hillsides and uneven terrain where truck-mounted rigs cannot reach.

Slope anchoring and stabilization

Installing rock bolts, soil nails, and anchor tendons for landslide prevention, retaining walls, and rockfall protection systems.

Water well drilling

Agricultural irrigation wells, rural community water supply boreholes. Handles soil, weathered rock, and soft-to-medium rock formations.

How We Ship and Support

Shipping options

We can load into a 40ft high-cube container (mast and tracks removed), flat-rack container (machine stays assembled), or Ro-Ro vessel (drive it on, drive it off at destination). We apply anti-corrosion treatment before packing and provide full export documents.

Delivery time

35 to 55 working days from order confirmation and deposit for standard configuration. Custom specs add about two weeks. We can ship spare parts ahead of the machine if you need them sooner.

Warranty

12 months or 2,000 operating hours from commissioning, whichever comes first. Covers engine, compressor, hydraulics, and structure. We keep spare parts in stock for express dispatch.

After you buy

We ship a starter spares kit with every machine. We provide an English operation manual, a maintenance wall chart for your workshop, and video guides for common procedures. Remote support is available by video call when you need help troubleshooting.

Questions We Get Asked
What happens if we run into harder rock than expected?
This is common. The JK810 works with standard DTH hammers. If your rock is harder than anticipated, we can recommend a higher-power hammer or different bit configuration. The compressor pressure is adjustable, so you have room to dial it up for harder formations.
How many people do we need to run it?
One operator. The hydraulic controls are straightforward and the rod loader handles the physical work of adding and removing drill rods. Most operators with some heavy equipment experience pick it up in a few days.
What about dust control?
We offer two options: a dry cyclone dust collector with filter cartridges, or a water injection system that sprays water at the hole collar. Both knock down over 90% of visible dust. Tell us your site requirements and we will fit the right system.
Can we use it at high altitude?
Standard configuration works up to about 3,000 meters. Above that the air gets thin and the engine loses power. We have a high-altitude turbo kit that compensates for this. If your site is above 3,000 meters, mention it when you enquire and we will spec the machine accordingly.
What spares should we keep on hand?
Every machine comes with a starter kit: DTH hammer service parts, a few drill rod adapters, hydraulic filters, engine service filters, and track shoe hardware. We can put together a bigger spares package if you want to minimize downtime. All the wear parts are standard sizes, so you are not locked into buying from us.
How do you deal with export logistics?
We export regularly. We handle the complete export documentation package and can recommend freight forwarders if you do not have one. We have shipped machines to Central Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and multiple African countries. Let us know your destination port and we will work out the logistics.
What is the payment structure?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment. We accept T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight. For repeat buyers we can discuss more flexible terms. Government and large-scale procurement projects are welcome to propose their standard payment structure.
