Mobile lube oil service — 4 compartments, electric heating, individual meters, twin hose reels
Multi-compartment lube oil tanker — 4 grades in one delivery trip
Dispensing cabinet with individual flow meters and digital displays
This tanker is essentially a mobile lubrication oil warehouse. Four compartments carry different viscosity grades — typically engine oil 15W-40, hydraulic oil ISO 46, gear oil 80W-90, and transmission fluid — all in one trip to the mine site or factory yard. Total capacity is 16,000 liters split 6KL + 4KL + 3KL + 3KL, sized proportionally to match typical consumption patterns at heavy equipment operations. Tank is 5mm carbon steel with an internal epoxy coating that does not react with oil additives.
The key feature is the electric heating and dispensing system. Each compartment has silicone heating pads (220V/380V compatible) that warm the oil to about 30-40 degrees C in cold weather so it flows properly through the meters. The four oval-gear flow meters are accurate to plus or minus 0.5 percent and display on individual digital readouts — your customer knows exactly how many liters of each grade they received. Two 20-meter spring-rewind hose reels with trigger nozzles make dispensing quick and clean, even when the truck cannot park right next to the storage tank.

| Pump | Electric vane, 40 L/min per circuit |
Twin hose reels and electric pump system for clean, metered oil delivery
The compartments are separated by double walls with 50mm mineral wool insulation, so heating one chamber does not cook the oil in the adjacent one. Power for the heating pads and pump comes from an external 380V shore connection at the delivery point — the truck carries a 30-meter power cable on a reel. An onboard inverter option is available if the delivery site has only single-phase 220V. These go to mining operations in Zambia, Ghana, and Indonesia where a single truck services dozens of excavators, haul trucks, and crushers with different oil specifications. One delivery replaces what would otherwise be dozens of drums to manage and dispose of.
