JK810 Crawler Solar Pile Drilling Rig

The JK810 is the machine our customers run on solar farm sites for drilling pile holes. It drills 90 to 140 mm holes to the depth needed for ground-mount solar panel support piles. Because the engine, compressor and hydraulics are all on one crawler base, it works on the uneven, hilly ground where truck-mounted rigs cannot get to.

A solar farm means hundreds or thousands of holes in a row. The JK810 is set up for that. One operator drives it along the row, positions the mast, and drills. The hydraulic rod loader handles the 3-meter rods, so there is no second man wrestling steel all day.

Built for solar pile work

• Fits between panel rows. The compact 2,200 mm transport width lets it move down the rows and turn around where space is tight.
• Handles slopes. It climbs 30-degree grades on its own tracks, which matters on the hill sites that solar developers pick.
• Straight holes, day after day. The heavy crawler frame and stable mast keep the hole vertical, which is what the pile installer needs.
• Swaps jobs easily. Change the hammer and bit and the same machine drills anchor holes or water wells when the solar job is done.

Every machine ships with a starter spares kit, an English manual, and video guides. Warranty is 12 months or 2,000 hours, whichever comes first.
