JK850 Large Diameter Water Well Drilling Rig

Municipal and industrial wells usually need more water than a small-diameter hole can deliver. The JK850 handles this properly: it drills holes up to 600mm in diameter and still reaches 850 meters deep. The 850mm through-hole rotary table is the key - it gives you room to run big casing and large-diameter tools without restriction.

Big holes need big mud flow. The 850 L/min mud pump keeps the annulus clean and carries cuttings out of a 600mm hole at depth, which smaller pumps simply cannot do. The four-speed rotary table (40, 80, 160, 320 r/min) lets the driller slow down for large-diameter drilling and speed up for smaller pilot holes.

Handling the big tooling

Large-diameter drilling means heavy tool strings. The main hoist pulls 80KN single rope, the auxiliary hoist adds 50KN, and the 47m mast clears 6-meter drill pipe sections. The 4.5m feed stroke keeps steady weight on the bit, so the hole stays straight even when you are turning a big tricone or drag bit.

The rig comes with a choice of power: a 110KW electric motor where grid power is available, or the 1513BZLD diesel engine for sites without it. Either way, the base is skid-mounted, with crawler tracks available as an option if the rig needs to move between holes on site.
