Shacman X5000e 6x4 electric mining dump truck, 580kW motor version. This is the mining reinforced model of Shaanxi Automobile's new energy tipper line. Quarries and small mines do not need an articulated hauler to move rock - they need a rigid dump truck that takes a beating and keeps working shift after shift. The 580kW motor delivers strong climbing power from standstill, which matters on mine ramps where the truck runs loaded uphill all day.

The reinforced U-type body is rated for 40 tons of rock and ore, with 8-10mm high-strength steel floor and side plates. The hydraulic telescopic hoist raises the 20-cubic-meter body in about 20 seconds, and the tailgate option lets you control spillage on the road. The body is designed to work with a standard 5-ton wheel loader or a small excavator - you do not need special loading equipment.
Built for shift workMining trucks run long days, and the X5000e is specified with that in mind. Fewer moving parts means fewer breakdown points - no engine, no clutch, no exhaust system to maintain. The air suspension seat keeps the operator comfortable over rough haul roads, and the air dryer and pre-cleaner are standard so dust does not get into the brake system or intake. We can add a body liner for abrasive ore, and a heated body option for cold-climate sites where wet material freezes to the floor overnight.
