The heavy duty version of the DZ9100820028 steering pump is aimed at trucks that spend their life on site roads, in quarries or on construction work. Steering effort goes up every time the front wheels fight an obstacle, and that is the load this pump is built to take.
Compared with the standard unit, the internal clearances are tightened and the shaft seal is upgraded, so the pump keeps pressure longer when a heavily loaded front end is being turned at low speed. It still bolts to the same place on SHACMAN F3000 and X3000 trucks and uses the original pulley and line fittings.
