This is the reinforced version of the DZ9112230181 clutch slave cylinder for SHACMAN F3000 and X3000 trucks working on mine haul roads and heavy construction. Same fitment as the standard unit, but built for trucks that are on and off the clutch all day with a loaded trailer.
The body is cast aluminium alloy with thicker walls, the piston is hard chrome plated and the seals are a high pressure compound that resists the heat a working clutch puts into the fluid. The bleed nipple is positioned so it can be reached with the cylinder in place, which saves time on a roadside job. Each unit is pressure held on the bench before packing.
