This is the reinforced chassis cross member for SHACMAN F3000 and X3000 trucks working on mine haul roads and heavy construction. Same fitment as DZ95319519003, but built thicker for trucks that carry a load every day and barely see a smooth road.
The beam is formed from Q345 steel with a deeper trough section, and the gussets at the ends are full length rather than spot welded. That is what holds the frame from spreading when the truck is loaded hard and leaning into a corner. Zinc plating is applied after welding to keep rust out of the joints, and the mounting holes are jig drilled for a straight fit.
