This is the reinforced cross member connecting plate for SHACMAN F3000 and X3000 trucks working on mine haul roads and heavy construction. Same fitment as SZ949000758, but cut thicker for trucks that are loaded every day and twist the frame hard on rough ground.
The plate is laser cut from Q345 steel with a thicker section and a folded lip along the long edge, which stiffens it against the rail. The bolt holes are punched on the jig so the cross member lines up square without tugging. Zinc plating is applied after forming to keep rust out of the edges and holes.
