We build the JK930 for water well work that happens away from paved roads. Compressor, mud pump, foam pump, mast and rod rack all ride on one 6X4 truck chassis. Your crew drives to the site, drops the outriggers, raises the mast and starts drilling. No lowboy, no crane, no second truck carrying an air compressor.
The rig drills to 300 m with a 3.5 m feed stroke, so the string goes down in 3 m rod sections and the collar stays clean. Pullback is 25 t, which is the number that matters when a bit loads up in broken ground and you need to get the string out instead of fishing for it.
Almost every well starts in soil, clay, sand or gravel before it reaches rock. For that top section the JK930 runs mud rotary: the onboard mud pump circulates through a tricone bit, the wall holds with a mud cake and you can set surface casing as you go.
When the bit reaches granite, basalt or hard limestone, we change over to the DTH hammer. The high pressure screw compressor takes over, the hammer does the cutting and the cuttings come up on the air. Same mast, same rig, roughly half a day to swap the head, hoses and bit. That is the reason most buyers pick a dual method machine instead of two separate rigs.

Figures describe the standard build. Tell us your hole size, depth and rock and we will confirm the exact configuration before the order is fixed.
Dry DTH drilling makes dust. If your site is near houses or a road, take the cyclone dust collector or the water injection collar. Both are factory options and both cut visible dust by more than 90 percent.
Hard rock is slower than soil. In granite and basalt expect a few tenths of a metre per minute, not metres. Anyone quoting you faster numbers in that ground is guessing.
One operator can run the rig, and most crews do. Rod handling is quicker with a second man on the rack, especially past 150 m. Plan your crew for the depth you actually drill, not for the brochure.
We keep wear parts at standard sizes: hammers, bits, rod adapters, hydraulic filters, track and jack hardware. You can buy them locally instead of waiting on a shipment from us.
Standard build ships in 35-55 working days after deposit. Machines go by flat rack container or Ro-Ro, mast folded and exposed metal coated for the sea voyage. We send the export documents, and we can work with your forwarder or recommend one.
Each unit comes with an English operation manual, a maintenance chart for the workshop, a starter spares kit, and remote support by video call when something needs explaining. Warranty is 12 months or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first, covering engine, compressor, hydraulics and structure.
Can it drill with casing? Yes. Mud rotary with a casing shoe is the normal way to hold the top section in loose ground, and the rotary head has the torque for it.
What hammer do I need? For 150-250 mm water wells, a 5 inch hammer covers most ground. If you drill 300 mm and above, go to 6 inch and check the air volume first.
Can we use it for geothermal loops? Yes, that is one of the more common jobs for this chassis. Tell us the loop diameter and depth and we set the bit and hammer accordingly.
Spare parts lead time? Common wear parts ship from stock in a few days. Castings and one-off hydraulic components take longer, so list them with the machine order.
If you are pricing a water well rig for a district programme, a farm or a geothermal project, send us the hole diameter, the depth you expect and the ground you are drilling in. We will come back with the configuration that fits, the price, and the shipping cost to your port.
