This is the front mud flap we send out most often for SHACMAN F3000 and X3000 cabs. The part number is DZ1640230071. It hangs behind the front wheel and takes the stone chips and road spray that would otherwise end up on the cab step, the door bottom and the air tank.
The flap is cut from 3 mm reinforced rubber sheet, the same grade used on the original part. It stays flexible in cold weather, so it bends instead of cracking when it hits a kerb or a pile of gravel. The four mounting holes are pre-punched in the factory positions, which means you bolt it straight onto the existing bracket without drilling.
