Some trucks come into the yard with no bracket holes left at all, or with a chassis that has been repaired and re-drilled. This kit is for those jobs. It clamps onto the chassis rail with U bolts, so there is no welding, no drilling and no repainting of the frame.
The upright is slotted, which gives about 60 mm of height adjustment, so one kit covers most wheel sizes and flap positions. Steel is 4 mm, powder coated black. Bolts are Grade 8.8, because a clamp that comes loose on the road is worse than no bracket at all.
