Big single-compartment water hauler — 30KL, food-grade epoxy, 80 m3/h discharge pump
30,000L water tanker — white polyurethane topcoat for heat reflection
Bottom fill and discharge ports with camlock quick couplings
This 30-cubic-meter water truck is the go-to solution for construction camp supply, drought relief, and agricultural irrigation where pipeline water is not an option. The single large compartment keeps things simple — one fill, one discharge, no cross-contamination risk. Tank is 5mm carbon steel with an NSF/ANSI 61 certified food-grade epoxy liner, so the water stays clean and tasteless even after sitting in the tank all day.
Filling is straightforward: there is a 500mm top manhole for gravity fill from overhead tanks, plus a 3-inch bottom fill port with a camlock fitting when you are loading from a hydrant or booster pump. The internal anti-surge baffles — three of them, spaced evenly — keep water slosh under control during braking and cornering. Discharge is handled by a centrifugal pump pushing 80 cubic meters per hour through a 3-inch camlock outlet. You will empty the full tank in about 22 minutes.

SHACMAN F3000 6x4 — up to 30-ton payload capacity
This is not a fuel tanker repurposed for water — it is purpose-built with the right materials and zero hydrocarbon residue risk. All internal welds are ground smooth and epoxy-sealed. The tank exterior gets a two-part polyurethane topcoat in white to reflect heat and keep water temperature down in hot climates. Optional upgrades: stainless steel tank for pharmaceutical-grade water, rear hose reel with 30 meters of 2-inch lay-flat hose, and a gasoline-powered auxiliary pump for remote discharge where PTO is not practical.
