This is the reinforced cab tilt pump for SHACMAN F3000 and X3000 trucks that spend their life on mine haul roads and heavy construction sites. Same DZ9100820028 fitment as the standard pump, but built for cabs that get raised far more often than a line haul truck.
The body is die-cast aluminium with thicker sections around the mounting ears, the plunger is chrome plated and hardened, and the seals are a high pressure NBR compound. That combination is what stops the pump from weeping on a truck that is tilted several times a day. Each unit is run on the bench under load before it is packed.
