Mine site haulage punishes a chassis in ways highway work never does: potholes, spillage, constant loading and discharge. The F3000 6X4 platform answers that with an 850 x 300 (8+5) mm frame, multi leaf spring suspension front and rear, and HANDE axles rated 7.5 T at the front and 13 T at the rear with a 4.769 ratio.
Power comes from the Weichai WP10.380E22, a 9.596 litre six cylinder rated at 380HP with a mechanical fuel system. That matters on remote sites where fuel quality varies and electronic diagnostics are not available.
Driveline at a glanceFor dense material such as iron ore or crushed basalt, the tipper body can be built with thicker floor and side plates and a HYVA lifting system. For lighter overburden the same chassis can take a larger volume body. Both versions keep the same cab, driveline and service parts, so one workshop can maintain the whole fleet.
