JK Drilling designs and builds crawler-mounted down-the-hole (DTH) drilling rigs. Our machines are used on quarry benches, open-pit mine sites, and construction projects where blast hole drilling is required. We ship directly from our factory, with no intermediaries.
We currently produce three crawler DTH drill rig models:
All models run standard DTH hammers (3.5-inch through 5-inch) and 83mm drill rods. Compressor matching is flexible — we can configure the rig to work with your existing air source.
Our production facility covers over 10,000 square meters with in-house fabrication, welding, assembly, and testing areas. Each rig goes through a factory acceptance test before crating: we start the engine, cycle the hydraulics, rotate the drill head, and check all gauges and controls. The machine that arrives at your site has already been started and verified.
We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification. CE certification is available for models shipping to EU-regulated markets. Critical structural welds are ultrasonic tested. Hydraulic hoses and fittings are sourced from recognized domestic suppliers with documented pressure ratings. Engines are supplied directly by YUCHAI with factory warranty.
We export to Southeast Asia, South America, the Middle East, Africa, and Russia/CIS. Standard shipping uses flat rack containers for the main unit and reinforced wooden crates for hammers, rods, and tools. We prepare all export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. If you use a freight forwarder in China, we deliver to their warehouse at no extra charge.
Tell us your drilling conditions: rock type, hole diameter, depth, bench height, and your compressor specifications. We will recommend the right model and hammer configuration and provide a formal quotation within 24 hours. Factory visits are welcome — we can arrange airport pickup.
