JK860 Hydraulic Rotary Water Well Drilling Rig

The JK860 is the heavy-duty successor to the JK850, rated for 1000-meter water well and borehole projects. The 860mm through-hole rotary table generates 50KN.m torque — a 47% increase over the 850 model — making it suitable for deeper formations and larger casing diameters.

Power and Drive

Powered by a 132KW Y315M-6 electric motor or 1213BZLD diesel engine. The four-speed gearbox delivers 40, 80, 125, and 260 r/min in both forward and reverse. The 108*108mm square kelly bar handles high-torque drilling without twisting.

Hoisting and Mast

Main hoist rated at 100KN single-rope pull, auxiliary at 60KN. The 55-meter mast clears 6-meter pipe sections with working headroom. Swivel lifting capacity is 100 tons for deep-hole tool strings. JKN-6 or BS500 series mud pump options available to match hole cleaning requirements.
