Moves around the site under its own power Independent hydraulic track motors with 350mm steel shoes. Climbs 30-degree slopes and handles loose rock, mud, and uneven quarry floors. Ground pressure is low enough to cross softer ground without sinking. Travel speed is about 2.5 km/h on flat ground — not fast, but the rig is not a road machine.

Works in hard rock We sized the compressor and rotation head for real granite and basalt conditions, not just soft limestone. The DTH hammer delivers steady penetration because the air supply is matched to the hammer demand. Rotation torque at 2500 Nm with adjustable feed force keeps the bit cutting clean even in fractured ground.

Easy to maintain We use standard industrial components. Hydraulic filters, engine service parts, track hardware, hammer rebuild kits — none of it is proprietary. Shipping, Warranty, and What You Get After You Buy

How we ship Flat-rack container is standard (machine stays assembled, just fold the mast). 40ft high-cube container loading is available with mast and tracks removed if that works better for your freight setup. Anti-corrosion treatment applied before crating. Full export documents included.

Delivery time 30 to 45 working days from deposit for standard configuration. Custom specs or special hammer setups add about 10 working days. Spare parts can ship ahead of the machine if you need them on site before the rig arrives.

Warranty 12 months or 2,000 operating hours from commissioning, whichever comes first. Covers the engine, compressor, hydraulic system, and main structure. Wear items — hammers, bits, drill rods, track shoes — are excluded but we keep them in stock for quick dispatch.

After you take delivery Every machine ships with a starter spares kit: DTH hammer service parts, a few drill rod adapters, hydraulic and engine filters, and track hardware. You also get an English operation manual, a maintenance schedule wall chart, and video guides for common service procedures. Remote support by video call is available if your crew runs into something unexpected.

The JK810 is a heavier, more powerful machine with a wider hole range and deeper reach. If you are drilling 140mm holes past 40 meters in hard granite, the JK810 is the right call. The JK590BC-3AW covers the 90-130mm range at shallower depths and is priced lower. For quarries running 115mm blast holes at 15-20 meter bench heights, the JK590 does the job at a better cost point.

How many people to run it? One operator. The hydraulic controls are laid out simply and the rod loader handles the physical work. Most operators with some excavator or heavy equipment time pick it up in a few days of on-site practice.

What happens if the rock is harder than expected? Switch to a higher-power DTH hammer or adjust the air pressure setting. The compressor pressure is adjustable within the 1.0-2.5 MPa range. If you are consistently working in hard basalt or quartzite, let us know when you order and we will spec the hammer and bit package accordingly.

Can we use it at high altitude? Standard configuration works up to 3,000 meters. Above that, the engine loses power and the compressor output drops. We offer a high-altitude turbo kit that compensates for this. Tell us your site elevation when you enquire.

What about spare parts down the road? We use standard industrial components for all wear items. DTH hammers, bits, chuck bushings, hydraulic filters, engine filters, and track hardware are standard sizes you can source from multiple suppliers. You are not locked into buying from us, though we do keep a rolling inventory for customers who prefer to order everything from one place.

Do you handle the export process? Yes. We prepare the complete export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading. We can coordinate with your freight forwarder or recommend one if you do not have a regular shipper. We have exported to Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America.
