This is the same JK930 chassis set up for buyers who spend their days in rock: quarry benches, mine access roads, foundation piling in limestone, geothermal boreholes through granite. Bigger hammer, higher air pressure, wider hole range, and a dust package fitted as standard when the site is near people.
If your ground is soil and clay most of the way down, order the water well configuration instead. If the bit is in rock from the first metre, order this one. The difference is in the air package, the hammer size and the head gearing, not in the truck.
| Ground | Penetration | Hammer / bit |
| Clay, sand, gravel | 1.0-1.8 m per minute | Mud rotary, tricone |
| Limestone, sandstone | 0.5-1.0 m per minute | 4 inch or 5 inch hammer |
| Granite, basalt | 0.2-0.5 m per minute | 5 inch or 6 inch hammer |
| Broken, weathered rock | 0.4-0.8 m per minute | 5 inch hammer, casing shoe |
Numbers come from customer sites. Bit condition, air pressure setting and operator habits move them by 30 percent either way.

Quarry and mine blast holes. Bench patterns in granite, basalt and limestone where the rig has to walk between levels or drive between pits.
Foundation and piling holes. 250-350 mm holes for cast-in-place piles on building sites where a crawler cannot get in and out easily.
Geothermal boreholes. Vertical loops drilled dry, often in residential areas, which is where the dust package earns its money.
Mine dewatering and exploration. Holes in the 100-200 m range that a water well rig would take too long to drill in hard ground.
Send us five things and the quote stops being a guess: the hole diameter, the depth you plan to drill, the rock type, whether you need casing, and how the site is accessed. If you already know which hammer you will run, say so, because the air package is built around it.
We also ask about voltage and control preferences. Export builds come with 24 V electrics and English or Spanish panel labels as standard, French and Russian on request.
The rig travels as a complete unit. Mast folds for road transport, the machine loads onto a flat rack or drives onto a Ro-Ro vessel. We coat exposed metal, wrap the cabin and panel, crate the tools and wear parts, and hand over the full export set: invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and CE documentation where the destination requires it.
Delivery runs 35-55 working days from deposit for the standard build. Custom hammer packages or a different chassis add about two weeks. Spare parts can ship ahead of the machine if you want stock on the ground before it lands.
Will it handle 300 mm holes to 300 m? Yes with a 6 inch hammer and enough air. At that size the penetration rate drops, so plan the schedule accordingly.
Can it drill dry? Yes, foam or water injection at low volume is enough for dust suppression in most formations. In unstable ground, mud rotary with casing is the safer route.
Who trains the operator? We provide the manual, a maintenance chart and video guidance. For first-time buyers we can arrange an engineer on site, quoted separately by destination.
What about warranty claims? 12 months or 2,000 hours, engine, compressor, hydraulics and structure. Send photos and the hour meter reading and we settle the parts side quickly.
Tell us the rock, the hole size and the depth. We will tell you which hammer and air package the JK930 should leave the factory with, and what it costs delivered to your port.
