Mine hauling is counted in trips per shift, not in kilometres. A 400HP H3000 6×4 tipper earns its keep when it can take a full load up the pit ramp, tip without hesitation on uneven ground, and come back for the next load without the driver nursing a slipping clutch. That is the specification this unit is built to.
Three points in a shiftLoading. A reinforced tipper body and 400HP of Weichai power mean the truck leaves the shovel at gross weight rather than at the weight the body can survive. The 6×4 layout takes the load on the rear bogie, which is where a mine floor with loose rock punishes a single axle.
Hauling up the ramp. Torque at low engine speed is what climbs a ramp, not top speed. The manual gearbox lets the driver hold a working gear instead of hunting between ratios.
Tipping. Front lifting raises the body while the load centre stays inside the rear axle line, so the truck empties on a slope without the nose lifting. On a mine floor that is the difference between a clean tip and a recovery job.

Tell us the ramp gradient, the average load density and the tyre specification used on site, because those three decide whether the standard body is enough or the reinforced version is the safer buy.
