Delivery ground is part of the specificationConstruction material often arrives before the surface it will sit on. A tractor that drops a trailer onto unfinished ground needs the frame and suspension to take the uneven load, and the driver needs to know whether the ground will carry a loaded trailer or only an empty one. That is a conversation worth having before the order, because it changes the suspension and tyre choice.
