A mining face is a working surface, not a carriageway. The truck reverses to a shovel that is swinging, takes a bucket dropped from height, and pulls away on a grade that the machine in front cut that morning. What survives that cycle is decided by the frame, the body floor and the rear axle, not by the badge on the grille.
This X3000 6X4 tipper is built for the duty with a front lifting dump body on a 3975 + 1400 mm wheelbase, a Weichai diesel at 380HP, a manual gearbox and a 21-30 t load rating, on 12.00R20 bias tyres certified to ECE, GCC, ISO and DOT standards.

Send the bucket size, the material and the gradient out of your cut and we will confirm body gauge, floor thickness and rear axle specification.
Wear parts are the running costOn a tipper in a mining fleet, the consumables are the floor plate, the side liners, the tailgate hinges and the ram pins. A body built with a thicker floor and replaceable liner plates costs slightly more at order and considerably less over three years, because the liner can be unbolted and replaced while the body structure stays in place.
Ask us for the floor and side gauge options against your material and cycle count. If the truck runs two shifts, the arithmetic changes again, and it is worth doing before the order rather than after the first floor replacement.
If the truck will also run on public roads between the pit and a stockpile, say so. Road duty changes the tyre choice from a bias construction to a radial, and it changes the brake specification that the destination market will check at registration.
