FAST 10-speed transmission with high-low range splitter. The ratios are spaced for loaded starts on grades and highway cruising when running empty between sites. Single dry clutch, diaphragm type, hydraulically operated with air assist.

The frame uses double-layer reinforced longitudinal members with riveted crossmembers. 7.5-ton rated front axle and dual 13-ton rear axles with inter-wheel and inter-axle differential locks. Front suspension is semi-elliptic leaf springs with shock absorbers. Rear is a balance shaft suspension with multi-leaf springs — simple, tough, and easy to rebuild when the bushings wear out.

The dump body is a U-shaped or rectangular box in high-strength steel, floor thickness 8mm, side walls 6mm, with a bottom dump or rear tipping mechanism. HYVA or domestic hydraulic cylinder lifts the box in about 25 seconds under full load. The box can be customized for coal, ore, sand, gravel, or overburden — tell us your material and we will spec the right floor thickness and wear plate arrangement.

F3000 flat-top sleeper cab with hydraulic tilt. Adjustable driver seat with mechanical suspension. The dashboard is straightforward — analog gauges for speed, RPM, fuel, water temp, oil pressure, and air pressure. Air conditioning, heater, and radio are standard. Windows are electric. The cab tilts forward for engine access.

Ore, overburden, and waste rock hauling from the pit floor to the crusher or stockpile. The 6x4 drive handles loose surfaces and the reinforced box takes the impact of large chunks being dropped in by excavators.

How We Ship and Support

We can ship by Ro-Ro vessel (roll-on/roll-off, truck drives onto the ship), flat rack container (truck partially disassembled), or bulk carrier. Anti-corrosion spray applied before export. Full export documentation provided.

30 to 45 working days from deposit for standard configuration. If you need special box dimensions, liner plates, or different axle ratios, add about 10-15 working days.

Every truck ships with a basic tools and spares kit: fuel filter, oil filter, air filter, fan belt, wheel studs and nuts, brake chamber diaphragm, and a set of fuses. English operation manual included. Remote support available by video call for troubleshooting.

Loaded fuel consumption runs 32-38 liters per 100 km depending on terrain, load weight, and driving style. Empty return trips burn about 20-25 liters per 100 km. The 400-liter tank gives roughly a full shift of loaded-and-empty cycles in typical mine duty.

Euro 2 is accepted in many African, Middle Eastern, Southeast Asian, and Central Asian markets. Some South American countries still accept Euro 2 for mining vehicles registered for off-road use. Yes. We can adjust box length (5.6m to 7.2m), floor thickness (8mm, 10mm, 12mm), side wall thickness, add wear-resistant liners (HARDOX or domestic equivalent), change the dump direction (rear only or three-way), and add a tarpaulin cover system. Tell us your material type and cubic meter requirement.

Standard is left-hand drive. Right-hand drive is available for markets that require it — takes about 15 extra working days.

WEICHAI engines and FAST gearboxes are supported through dealer networks in Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America. Chassis parts (springs, brake drums, bearings, seals) are industry-standard sizes. We keep a warehouse inventory of high-wear items and can air-freight critical parts within 5-7 working days.

Yes. We provide the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading. We can coordinate with your freight forwarder or recommend shipping agents experienced with truck exports to your destination country.

What is the payment structure?

Standard terms are 30% deposit with order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (bank wire) and irrevocable L/C at sight. Government procurement projects and repeat buyers can discuss alternative terms.
